Development Board Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Adiuvo Events, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. If you have previously won a board, you are ineligible to enter the competition again.
2. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Sign up for the FPGA Horizons mailing list at fpgahorizons.com.
- Provide a valid email address and any other required contact information.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 25.05.2026 and ends on 29.04.2027, unless otherwise stated. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
4. Prize
One of twelve (12) AMD Spartan™ UltraScale+™ FPGA SCU35 Evaluation Kits from Adiuvo Engineering and Training will be awarded to twelve randomly selected winners. One winner from the mailing list will be chosen per month. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 30 days after the giveaway ends.
- One winner will be chosen per month.
- If the winner does not respond within 21 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.
- Boards can only be shipped to the following countries/regions (EU, US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, India).
6. Mailing list consent
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from Adiuvo Events. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in our emails. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used only for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
Adiuvo Events reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. Adiuvo Events also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Adiuvo Events is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical failures that may affect participation. By entering, participants release Adiuvo Events from any liability arising from participation or use of the prize.
10. Governing Law
This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
