Event Cancellation Policy for Attendees

1. Cancellation by organizer:

  • If the event is canceled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, venue issues, safety concerns), attendees will be notified as soon as possible.
  • A full refund will be issued to all registered attendees unless otherwise stated.
  • The organiser is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation costs.

2. Postponement or rescheduling:

  • If the event is postponed or rescheduled, attendees will have the option to attend the new date or request a full refund within a specified time frame.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the reschedule announcement.

3. Cancellation by attendees:

  • Attendees may cancel their registration within 60 days before the event to receive a full or partial refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
  • Cancellations made after the deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any processing fees associated with ticket purchases may be non-refundable.

4. Transfer of tickets:

  • Attendees may transfer their tickets to another individual if they are unable to attend, provided they notify the organizer in advance and follow any transfer procedures.

5. No-show policy:

  • No refunds will be issued for attendees who do not show up without prior cancellation.

6. Force Majeure clause:

  • The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the event without liability in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other extraordinary circumstances beyond control.

7. Policy updates:

  • The organiser reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the official event website or email.
